Resistance against surging executions in Iran continue. On 25 January 61 women political prisoners in Evin prison held a day-long hunger strike in condemnation of the surge in executions, including of a protestor arrested during the Woman, Life, Freedom revolution, Mohamad Ghobadlou.
On 30 January, there was a national strike in Iranian Kurdistan against the executions of Kurdish political prisoners Mohammad Faramarzi, Mohsen Mazloum, Wafa Azarbar, and Pejman Fatehi.
On 31 January, a group of prisoners on death row at Ghezel Hesar prison declared a hunger strike every Tuesday to draw attention to the urgent need to halt executions; other prisoners have joined the campaign.

سه شنبه های اعتراضی علیه اعدام ها در ایران
مقاومت در برابر اعدام های فزاینده در ایران ادامه دارد.
در ۲۵ ژانویه، ۶۱ زن زندانی سیاسی در زندان اوین در محکومیت افزایش اعدام ها، از جمله اعدام معترض دستگیر شده در جریان انقلاب زن، زندگی، آزادی، محمد قبادلو، اعتصاب غذای یک روزه برگزار کردند.
در ۳۰ ژانویه، اعتصاب عمومی در شهرهای کردستان ایران علیه اعدام زندانیان سیاسی کرد محمد فرامرزی، محسن مظلوم، وفا آذربر و پژمان فاتحی صورت گرفت.
در ۳۱ ژانویه، گروهی از زندانیان محکوم به اعدام در زندان قزلحصار اعلام کردند که هر سه شنبه اعتصاب غذا خواهند کرد تا توجه عمومی را به ضرورت فوری توقف اعدام جلب کنند. زندانیان زندانهای دیگر به این کمپین پیوستند.
